Silver Group is a real estate developer based out of Mumbai that began operations way back in 1985. The first development project undertaken by them was successfully concluded in the year 1987. Over the years, the company has been involved in the execution of both residential, commercial, retail and IT park type projects. Some of the prominent projects by the group include Silver Utopia, Silver Metropolis, Silver Landmark and Citi Centre. It must be noted that the company is particularly known for its involvement in commercial development as well as corporate leasing activities. Apart from real estate, the company is also into activities such as school management and venture capital. It may be noted that the projects executed by them are mainly located within Mumbai, especially in locations such as Andheri and Ghatkopar.
