Tracing its origin back to 1962, when a team of visionaries led by Shri C.N. Mirani formed a construction company known as Jyoti Land Legacy. Now operating as Squarefeet Group, they began their journey in affordable, mass housing in Thane. 

They subsequently expanded into primary residential, commercial and retail hubs across various regions of MMR. 

They have successfully delivered 40+ projects offering quality living spaces. Some of their iconic projects are Grand Squarefeet Group, Imperial Square, Mahavir Square and Centrum.
