About Me

Transcon Group was established in 1985 by Kirti Kedia. Initially, it primarily focused on land acquisition before moving into real estate. In the year 2010, the group started undertaking development.

Transcon Group has delivered 18 projects. The company has developed and handed over approximately 7.7 million sq. ft. of real estate space across MMR. Some of the iconic landmarks of Transcon Group are Tirumala Habitats, Transcon Triumph T1, and Westbay.
