IJB Realty is led by the Balwa family, with Javed Balwa as Chairman and Umar, Faisal and Ahmed Balwa as directors.

The parent IJB Group dates back to 1903, while its property development activities began in 1955.

IJB Realty currently has 4+ active projects in the MMR, including IJB Mark 1 in Nerul, IJB Opera in Girgaon and IJB Pearl in Parel.
